Discover a place where architecture serves the grape. Our winemaking vat room is built according to the prestigious « Médoc-style » principle.
Its secret? The large doors located on the upper floor. It’s through these that the harvest makes its entrance—both in the past and still today. Dumped directly from the collection bins, the grapes descend by gravity into the tanks, spared from any harsh agitation. This gentle drop preserves the aromatic integrity and purity of the fruit, which is the very foundation of our wines’ elegance.

Picture it for a moment… You’re seated in the very heart of our historic vat room, which lay dormant for 89 years before being reborn in 2025. All around you, majestic truncated cone wooden vats and thermoregulated stainless steel tanks envelop the space—silent witnesses to the wine in the making. Soft light glides over the original stone walls we’ve patiently uncovered, releasing their warm hues and mineral texture. The air carries subtle notes of wood, ripe fruit, and nascent fermentation.
