AOC BLAYE CÔTES DE BORDEAUX

70% MERLOT 30% CABERNET SAUVIGNON

In the glass, “1856” presents itself with a medium-deep garnet hue, hinting at the intensity of flavors that await.

The nose is a symphony of enchanting aromas, with notes of ripe black fruits, cedar, and a subtle touch of black pepper.

On the palate, the wine unfurls gracefully, revealing a harmonious balance of velvety tannins, bright acidity, and layers of blackcurrant, plum, and black cherry interwoven with nuances of spice and tobacco from its partial aging in French oak barrels.

Amée

A refreshing and vibrant dry white wine.

AOC BORDEAUX  

100% SAUVIGNON BLANC

Amée has a bright pale gold color, rare for a Sauvignon Blanc.

The aromatic bouquet is quite extraordinary for a Sauvignon Blanc. Due to its relatively late harvest, notes of peach and apricot emerge, intertwined with delicate white flower petals and a touch of lemon.

This wine is full bodied and has a long finish. Its round mouth creates a delicious balance that pairs wonderfully with Asian dishes, fish or white meats but also salads and desserts.

ROSACE

A powerfully fruity rosé !

75% MERLOT 15% CABERNET SAUVIGNON 10% MALBEC

In the glass, Rosace has a light ruby ​​color, close to a Bordeaux clairet.

On the nose, its aromas of fresh fruits like grenadine, strawberry candies and raspberries are very pronounced.

On the palate, it is an explosion of fruity flavors, accompanied by spices and liquorice on the finish.

For lovers of rosé with an interesting aromatic complexity.

To be enjoyed very cold, by the pool!

Merlot ZERO

The feeling of a fruity red, with no alcohol !

Made from estate grown grapes.

100% MERLOT

On the nose, Merlot Zero presents clean aromas of blackcurrant, tart morello cherry and red fruits such as blackberry, cranberry and blueberry.

On the palate, the blackcurrant notes are confirmed, accompanied by a slight milky sensation evoking crème de cassis and a balanced sweetness. The finish is long and persistent, leaving an impression of freshness and gourmandise.

Merlot Zero offers a pleasant and refreshing taste experience.

Pairs very well with poultry, cheeses and fruity and chocolatey desserts.

Maison Borgeat

Hand-picked and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, it has nothing to envy its most renowned neighbors!

AOC HAUT-MEDOC

65% CABERNET SAUVIGNON 30% MERLOT 5% PETIT VERDOT

In the glass, Maison Borgeat presents a deep garnet hue with a youthful glint at the rim, indicating its potential for aging.

Upon the initial swirl, ripe blackberries, currants, and dark cherries take center stage, laced with delicate rose petal and wood nuances. Beneath the surface, there is a complex interplay of tobacco leaf, cedarwood, and a whisper of dried thyme.

On the palate, the entry is marked by a rich core of black fruit preserves, supported by well-defined tannins that lend structure and balance. Vibrant acidity carrying flavors of black plums, hints of licorice, and a subtle touch of dark chocolate. In the glass, Destinée presents a medium-deep garnet hue, introducing this bottled beauty.

Its smell is delicate, showcasing a wonderful pallet of aromas with fruits, flowers and oak. Vintage 2013 has more evolved aromas with spices and aromatic herbs.

On the palate, the entry is marked by a rich core of black fruit preserves, supported by well-defined tannins that lend structure and balance. Richet

Félir

Not the typical Bordeaux wine. Rich and aromatic!

Félir shows a medium ruby color, indicating its powerful body.

The nose presents a bouquet of aromas with red berries, rose, black pepper and a hint of wood.

Félir is a different kind of Bordeaux wine! It is the result of precise vinification techniques, revealing flowery aromas, ripe red fruits, fresh black fruits which bring sweetness to the palate, alongside a great structure with velvety tannins and crisp acidity. The woody and vanilla aromas in the aftertaste call for another sip!

Dracène

A fruity and delicate dry red wine for warm days and light meals.
